US NAVY Black Cold Weather Parka (CWP) Jacket. This coat zips in the NWU Black Fleece Parka Liner for additional warmth. The Cold Weather Parka can be worn with Service Dress Blue, Service Khaki and E1-E6 Service/Dinner Dress/Ceremonial Uniforms.

Lightweight and waterproof, this coat features a 2-way front zip with protective rain flap, adjustable hood stored within the zippered stand-up collar, rank tab, 2 front cargo & upper hand-warmer pockets, inner chest pocket, rain-protective back drop tail, adjustable drawstring hem and hook & loop sealable cuffs for secure weather protection.

The breathable Goretex fabric features factory-sealed seams that help resist wind, salt water, and a range of petroleum/oil-based contaminants, including DEET. Protective in temperatures from -10 thru 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
