This Kedziorek unbalanced bubble hem  skirt has a sewn in knit lining and a full skirt with a thick knit drawstring waistband. The drawstring waist band is self tie with a thick ribbon with “Kedziorek” written on it that you can choose to wear to tie off to one side, or wear it so the tie is directly in the front.
